    Yes. Parking is limited to one hour on all city streets between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., seven days a week. This is done to maintain public safety as well as keep neighborhoods looking attractive.

    Are exemptions available from the overnight parking restriction?

    Yes, residents needing to park on the street overnight in order to accommodate visitors, etc., may call the Police Department at (909) 399-5411 to obtain an exemption for up to three times per month per vehicle. For long-term or extended exemptions for driveway construction, etc., a written request must be submitted to the police department. An inspection of the property may be conducted to confirm the need for an exemption.

    Can I park on my lawn?

    No, all vehicles that are visible from the street are required to be parked on paved driveways or approved parking areas. Parking is not permitted on sidewalks or lawns, or in areas of the front and side yards that do not have concrete, asphalt, or other approved surface.

    Can I park an RV at my home?

    Yes, as long as it is parked in a garage or an interior side/rear yard behind a solid wall that is at least five feet tall. Recreational vehicles (RV) include trailers, motor homes, and boats. Shells and campers installed on the bed of a pickup truck are NOT considered RVs for the purposes of this code.

    I need to park my RV at my home to get ready for a trip. What can I do?

    Temporary RV parking permits are available so that you can pack/unpack your RV for a trip or perform minor maintenance tasks. These permits are good for a maximum of 14 days per calendar year and may be obtained by calling the Community Development office at 909/399-5467 or visiting the Community Development counter in City Hall.

    Can an inoperable vehicle be parked in front of a home?

    No. All vehicles that are not currently licensed or registered, or that lack parts necessary for legal operation, must be parked or stored in a location that is not visible from the street or neighboring properties.
