GI-fallproof
Balance & Mobility Class

It is proven that as we age, we lose flexibility, agility, and balance—this can cause an increased risk of falls and injury. This hands-on class offers the opportunity to learn skills and tips essential to fall prevention and an improved sense of balance, which have been proven to save lives and promote safe independence as one enters their later years.  The 10-week program was developed by the Center for Successful Aging at Cal State Fullerton.
