Information You Will Need

To complete your online application, you will need the following information:

1. The license plate state and license plate number of the vehicle that will be parked on the street, or the last 6 characters of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), if the vehicle does not have plates.
2. The vehicle make, color and style.
3. The address where the vehicle is parked (either the street address or street name and nearest cross-street).
4. A phone number where you can be reached.

Applying for a Same-Day Exemption after 3:30 a.m.
